12th of Never by James Patterson
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This is a more standard Women's Murder Club story. I like the multiple plot lines that seem to annoy some. I'm not bothered by any lack of character depth. I read James Patterson for the fast paced story lines (the thrill, the rush).
I am bothered by discontinuities such as: Rich and Cindy were engaged, totally committed, and in love in book 11 but break up in book 12. Really?
I'm also wondering about the phone conversation in book 11 between Yuki and Jakobi's estranged wife. I thought that was a thread we were going to follow somewhere, but no mention of it in book 12.
Another thing I like about this series is that it is one of the few that I started with book one and have read in order all the way to 12th of Never.
