Church Sidewalk

The school isn't the only place with new construction. Our church has taken on the project of replacing the old sidewalk that has been there since the 1930's or before. It was uneven and slanted and dangerous to all but the most sure footed.

Work began on Saturday, March 21. The men removed the old sidewalk with help from a few professionals. They accomplished a lot. Others cooked breakfast, cleaned up, made lunch and cleaned up again. I worked that Saturday at the public library and missed all the fun.
